High deburring systems are frequently applied by automotive industry especially for deburring hard-to-reach areas of complicated parts like cylinder blocks. Water with pressures between 400-900 bar is used for removing burrs, sand and chips from components.

The special designed high quality steenless steel nozzles ensure excellent deburring results. They also avoid the risk of burr formation later at this position. Cause the generated forces during the life time of the motor reaches never the level from high pressure deburring.
