The modular design of the machine provides for customized solutions for individual needs. Depending on the selected configuration different cleaning tasks can be performed. This starts from rough and quick cleaning to final cleaning of complicated parts. Also blind holes and cavities are efficiently cleaned.
Loading and unloading of the baskets can be handled depending on customer request manually or automatically. Treatment chamber, internal piping, pumps, filters, oil seperator and other aggregates according to the selected option are installed in a system housing from stainless steel.
The process can be watched through a glass window mounted to the loading door. Service doors are installedat the backside of the machine. The driptray made of stainless steel equipped with a leakage warning probe is integrated to the housing.
The machine has a modern Siemens Control Unit. The operator friendly software allows easy adjustment of all programms, parameters, corrections, etc. Various treatment programms with different treatment cycles, temperatures, pressures and also part movement can easily be created and selected from the operating panel. The respective programm step and the detailed fault diagnosis are displayed at the screen.
