We build surface treatment plants for both electrolytic and chemical coating from small to big volumes work piece transfer can be managed with drums or frames. We develop also individuell solutions for all surface finishing projects.

Treatment basins, internal piping, pumps, filters, oil seperator and other aggregates according to the selected option are installed in a system housing from stainless steel. The process can be watched through glass windows mounted to the front side. Service doors are installedat the backside of the machine. The driptray made of stainless steel equipped with a leakage warning probe is integrated to the housing.

The plants have a modern Siemens Control Unit. The operator friendly software allows easy adjustment of all programms, parameters, corrections, etc. Various treatment programms with different treatment cycles, temperatures, pressures and also part movement can easily be created and selected from the operating panel. The respective programm step and the detailed fault diagnosis are displayed at the screen.
