The walking beam conveyor provides simultaneous transfer of workpieces with an equal process time in all stations. The workpieces can be accurately positioned in a multi-axis transport system and also can be rotated during the process stages in order to achieve maximum cleaning and drying results.
Rotational lances driven by electrical motors are used for cleaning deep channels. High pressure deburring option is recommended to ensure complete removal of stubborn dirt or production residue.
Continuous full flow filtration through appropriate filtering system removes any dirt and residual contamination during all cleaning stages and achieve best cleanliness results.

Treatment chamber, internal piping, pumps, filters, oil seperator and other aggregates according to the selected option are installed in a system housing from stainless steel. The process can be watched through glass windows mounted on the front side. Service doors are installedat the backside of the machine. The driptray made of stainless steel equipped with a leakage warning probe is integrated to the housing.
The plants have a modern Siemens Control Unit. The operator friendly software allows easy adjustment of all programms, parameters, corrections, etc. Various treatment programms with different treatment cycles, temperatures, pressures and also part movement can easily be created and selected from the operating panel. The respective programm step and the detailed fault diagnosis are displayed at the screen.
