Several inline assembled basins some of them equipped with ultrasonic devices are used by the immersion cleaning systems. 
 
The parts can be loaded in a basket or with a metal frame and will be cleaned by immersing into water. transfer of the parts between the stations are carried by transport carts on linear axis. Loading and unloading to the plant can also.
 
Loading and unloading of the baskets to the plant can be handled depending on customer request manually or automatically. 

To Support The Cleaning Effect Following Pperations Practices Can Be Integrated:
 
• Continuous oscillation of the parts in cleaning medium 
• Ultrasonic cleaning 
• Rotating / panning drum for movement of the parts 
• Spray cleaning 
• Flooding
 
Blow off station, hot air drying or vacuum drying can be applied after cleanig and rinsing processes. These plants are suited especially for high throughput and precision cleaning.
 
Treatment basins, internal piping, pumps, filters, oil seperator and other aggregates according to the selected option are installed in a system housing from stainless steel. The process can be watched through glass windows mounted to the front side. Service doors are installedat the backside of the machine. The driptray made of stainless steel equipped with a leakage warning probe is integrated to the housing.
 
The plants have a modern Siemens Control Unit. The operator friendly software allows easy adjustment of all programms, parameters, corrections, etc. Various treatment programms with different treatment cycles, temperatures, pressures and also part movement can easily be created and selected from the operating panel. The respective programm step and the detailed fault diagnosis are displayed at the screen.
